摘要 文章通过创新人才培养的课程教学研究,得出了"格物明德"理工课程教学理论,总结了该理论实施过程中的具体方法.采用该理论方法,教师从教育理论入手、学生从学习内容入手、师生在教学实践中相长,使"立德树人、创新创业、成才成人"教育有效落地于理工课程. The knowledge and virtue educational theory as well as detailed methods in course teaching is obtained practically by studying on the course teaching educational theory for cultivating innovative talents.The proposed course-teaching model is helpful to coach from educational theory for teachers,to study from learning knowledge for students and to grow up together in the teaching practice for all,as results,the moral rearing,innovative pioneering,moral technical educations are implemented effectively in the teaching courses of science and engineering.
