摘要
耕地后备资源适宜性评价能够为保证粮食安全而进行的耕地后备资源合理开发利用提供科学依据。本文以二调数据库为基础,将集宁区的耕地后备资源作为评价对象,选取了内在和外在2个方面的6个评价因子,采用层次分析法和专家打分相结合的方法进行评价因子权重的确定,运用经验指数和法,进行全区耕地后备资源调查和适宜性评价。评价结果表明:集宁区有4 603.52 hm^2耕地后备资源具有不同程度的宜耕性,其中,高度适宜等级占18.52%,中度适宜等级占33.64%,勉强适宜等级占47.84%;南部的翟家沟村和大十号村的部分洼地等拥有面积较大的耕地后备资源,可作为开发关注重点。此评价结果中集宁区耕地后备资源开发适宜性等级和数量,可为内蒙古和其他相似区域后备资源开发利用研究提供参考。
The suitability evaluation of reserve resources of cultivated land provides a scientific basis for reasonable exploitation and utilization of these lands aiming to ensure food supplies of China.Taking the whole reserve resources of cultivated land in Ji'ning District as the evaluation object based on database in Second Rural Land Investigation of China,six factors of inherent and external were adopted,the weight contributions of individual factors were determined combining the Delphi method and an analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The suitability indices of each evaluation unit were calculated by using the exponential test,and then the suitability grades were classified.Evaluation results showed that about 4 603.52 hm2 reserve resources of cultivated land had suitable physical quality,among which grade high suitability,moderate suitability,low suitability accounted for 18.52%,33.64%and 47.84%,respectively.Zhaijiagou village in the south of Ji'ning district and partial low-lying land in the village of Dashihao,and so on,where had large area reserve resources of cultivated land,might be a key place to develop.The purpose was under the background of urbanization,the study of this paper could provide reference for the whole of Inner Mongolia,and the other similar area back-up resources development and utilization.
