简析富硒蔬菜研究现状

Research Status of Selenium Enriched Vegetable

硒是人体所必需的微量元素之一,其价值越来越受到人们的高度关注。而富硒蔬菜在人体对硒元素吸收中起到重要作用。本文对硒的功能、特点、硒与植物生长发育的关系以及富硒蔬菜的现状研究进行概述,并对富硒蔬菜存在的问题进行归纳,提出了其需要进一步研究的方向,为富硒蔬菜的发展提供参考。

Selenium was one of the essential trace elements in human body,and its value was getting more and more attention.Selenium enriched vegetables played an important role in the absorption of selenium in human body,and its research was more and more extensive.In this paper,the function and characteristics of selenium,and its relationship with plant growth and development,and the present research status of selenium enriched vegetables were summarized,the existing problems of selenium enriched vegetables were concluded,and the further research directions were proposed to provide reference for the development of selenium rich vegetables.
