朝天椒不育系R07180A的选育、特性及利用

以资源分离中出现的不育株N06158A为不育源,以分离国外杂交朝天椒品种得到的自交系R07180为保持系反复回交转育,选育出单生朝天椒不育系R07180A,其不育性稳定,不育率和不育度均达到100%。并成功利用该不育系配制出圆珠一号单生朝天椒优良品种,通过在生产中大面积推广,促进了圆珠形朝天椒产业的快速发展。

Using sterile plant N06158A separated from germplasm resources as sterile source and inbred line R 07180 separated from abroad hybrid cultivars as maintainer line,backcross breeding was carried out repeatedly,and solitary pod pepper sterile line R07180A was screened out finally.Its sterility was rather stable,and both its sterile rate and sterile degree could reach to 100%.Yuanzhu No.1 was a solitary pod pepper excellent cultivar which was bred by using R07180A.Yuanzhu No.1 had been expanded in large scale and prompted rapid development of the industry.
