摘要
以资金、设备与条件、人员为投入性一级指标,科技创新成果、人才培养、经济收入、公共服务为产出性一级指标,运用DEA方法对武汉市科技创新平台投入产出效率进行评价,得出综合效率值,找到效率不足的个别年份并分析其原因,期望为提升武汉市科技创新平台投入产出效率提供参考与依据。
Taking capital,equipment and conditions,talents as first level input indicators,taking scientific and technological innovation achievements,personnel training,economic income and public service as first level output indicators,this paper evaluates input-output efficiency of science and technology innovation platform in Wuhan City by DEA method,gets the value of comprehensive efficiency value,finds the individual years of inefficiency and analyzing the reasons,and then this paper expects providing reference and decision basis for improving input-output efficiency of science and technology innovation platform in Wuhan.
