Risk Analysis of Private Banks in China

民营银行面临着一般银行所面临的风险,如信用风险、市场风险、操作风险及流动性风险等。同时因资本性质及规模、市场战略定位等方面的差异面临国有商业银行少有的特殊风险,如居民信任风险、资本短缺风险、关联方交易风险等。因此,民营银行及监管部门需要详细分析并防控与管理好风险,促进民营银行持续健康发展,为实体经济特别是中小微企业、"三农"和社区,为大众创业、万众创新提供更有针对性、更加便利的金融服务。

Private banks face the risks faced by ordinary banks,such as credit risk,market risk,operational risk and liquidity risk.At the same time,due to the differences in the nature and scale of the capital,the strategic positioning of the market,the Bank faces special rare risks of state-owned commercial banks,such as residents’trust risk,capital shortage risk and related party transaction risk.Therefore,the private banks themselves and the regulatory agencies need to analyze and control these risks in detail so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of private banks,and create innovation for the real economy,especially for small and medium micro-enterprises,agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the community,and the general public to provide more targeted and more convenient financial services.
