Research on College-Enterprise Cooperation Talent Cultivating Pattern for Application-Oriented Undergraduate College

应用型本科院校正处于转型期,寻找适合自身特色的人才培养机制迫在眉睫。校企合作教育作为一种以市场和社会需求为导向的运行机制,将有效地帮助应用型本科院校培养中高端应用型人才。在分析应用型本科校企合作现状的基础上,概括了校企合作困境的4个方面,并以武汉商学院经济与金融专业为例,分析总结出应用型本科校企合作人才培养机制构建的4条建议。

Application-oriented colleges are in the process of transformation.It is urgent for them to find a talent cultivating pattern suitable for their own characteristics.College-enterprise cooperation as a kind of operation mechanism for needs of market and social.It can help application-oriented colleges to cultivate high-end applied talents.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the application-oriented college,the paper summarizes the four aspects of college-enterprise cooperation.Based on the example of economics and finance in Wuhan Business University,the paper puts forward some effective ways of college-enterprise cooperation that application-colleges can adopt.
