A Comparative Study on the Policies of Science and Technology Small Giant Enterprise in Typical Cities and Wuhan's Countermeasures

科技小巨人企业在各地实施创新发展战略过程中起越来越重要作用。研究科技型中小企业成长规律及影响因素,分析了科技小巨人企业的内涵,选取上海、天津、广州3个典型城市,对其科技小巨人政策内容进行对比研究,分析了政策实施成效及成功经验,对武汉科技小巨人企业培育计划提出了相关建议。

Science and technology small giant enterprise are playing an increasingly important role in the implementation of innovative development strategies in various regions.We Studied the growth laws and influencing factors of small and medium-sized companies of science and technology;analyzed the connotation of the small giants of science and technology;selected three typical cities in Shanghai,Tianjin and Guangzhou;conducted a comparative study on the policy content of the Science and technology small giant enterprise,and analyzing the effectiveness of their policies.Suggestions were made for the Wuhan Science and technology small giant enterprise incubation plan.
