The Construction of Starting Business Assistance Policy System Concerning Stimulating the Returning Peasant-Workers in Jiangsu Province

对中央和江苏省支持农民工返乡创业的政策文件进行了梳理;并从完善管理和服务体系、建立健全创业辅导和培训服务体系、完善财政政策、优化创业氛围等4个方面构建江苏省农民工返乡创业的扶持政策体系。

The thesis analyzes the policy documents about supporting the returning peasant-workers’starting business of central government and Jiangsu province.It elaborates on constructing the starting business assistance policy system of Jiangsu province in four aspects as follows;completing the administration and service system,constructing and strengthening the guidance and training service of starting business,perfecting the financial policies and optimizing the atmosphere of starting business.
