摘要
对沙市钢管厂人力资源的核心员工激励问题进行了初步探讨,指出了目前问题,提出构建核心员工激励问题的基本思路与建议。运用现代人力资源管理学的理论与方法,集中研究了国企核心员工激励问题现状及分析问题原因,分析激励核心员工与沙市钢管厂生产经营与发展的关系,重点探讨了核心员工的"差异化"激励措施与办法,为钢管厂核心员工激励制度的创新和人力资源有效管理提供思路与指导。
The thesis touches on the incentive problems of core staff of human resource management in Shashi Steel Tube Mill.According to the current problem,basic thoughts and suggestions on motivating core staffs are put forward in the thesis.The thesis,using the theory and method of modern human resource management,concentrates on studying the current problems existed in incentive management of core staff and the reasons for the above problems,analyses the relation between the incentive management of core staff and operation,production as well as development of Shashi Steel Tube Mill,discusses mainly the differentiation incentive measures and methods for core staff,providing the idea and guide for the motivation and development of incentive mechanism of core staff and human resource in Steel Tube Mill.
