摘要
通过对渭北湿陷性黄土地区某病害多层办公楼进行现场勘察和沉降观测,对比分析了病害建筑物的地基土的物理力学性质指标,结合沉降数据的对比分析,发现该建筑物地基土东南方向的含水量较西北方向高,通过监测数据分析发现建筑物东南方向的沉降速率较西北方向大,建筑物整体向东南方向倾斜,最后总结了建筑病害的原因。
Based on the scence investigation and the settlement observation of a disease multi-storey building in the north of W e i h e loess area,w e contrast analysis of the diseases of the building of the physical and mechanical properties of foundation soil indicators,combined with the comparison and analysis of settlement data,found the building northwest to the southeast of the foundation soil water content is high,with the monitoring data analysis found that the northwest5 s settlement rate is faster than the southeast,building the overall southeast tilt,finally summarized the cause of building diseases.
