摘要
人工挖孔桩工艺简单,施工安全因素十分重要。从提高操作者对质量和安全的日常检查入手,进行一些快速判断方法初步确定质量和安全的可靠性,降低了事故的发生率。同时加强技术交底,确保关键工序无误,配置专用设备采取有效措施。通过管理者、技术人员、操作人员将该工艺提高到技术和经验相结合的阶段,对以后的工程建设提供一定的参考。
The technology of manual hole digging pile is very simple and the construction safety factor is very important.This article starts with improving the operatorJ s daily inspection of quality and safety and carries out some quick judgment methods to initially determine the reliability of quality and safety and reduce the accident rate.At the same time to strengthen technical exchanges to ensure that the key processes are correct,configure special equipment to take effective measures.In this paper,managers,technicians and operators will improve the process to the stage of combination of technology and experience,which will provide certain reference for the future construction.
