模袋用自密实混凝土的侧压力及其扩展度损失研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对用于"柔性模板"的模袋混凝土其扩展度损失和侧向压力问题展开研究,通过试验对比分析了不同配比的自密实混凝土在0 h^2 h内扩展度损失量的变化,以及0 h^6 h内不同配比的自密实混凝土其模板侧压力的变化趋势。研究数据和结果不但为下一步开发新型"柔性模板"的模袋材料提供了重要的参考依据,而且还为特殊的模袋混凝土施工工艺提供了数据参考。 The study for the mold-bagged concrete for“flexible formwork”of its spreading loss and formwork pressure issues research,by testing comparative analysis of the different proportions of self-compacting concrete spreading loss amount in the range of 0 to 2 hours change,as well as different proportions of self-compacting concrete on trends formwork pressure in 0?6 hours change.Since the rheological behavior of concrete into the concrete in the mold filling density of the mold-bag,so the data and the results of these studies to the next step for the development of the new"flexible formwork"of mold-bag material provides important reference,in addition,the research also special construction techniques provide data mold-bagged concrete reference.
