大连市春柳河污水处理厂(一期)是我国东北地区第一座污水处理厂,其升级扩建采取新建方式代替老厂运行。该工程总处理规模12×10~4m^3/d,污水处理工艺采用"多级A/O+双层平流沉淀+磁混凝澄清+纤维转盘过滤+紫外消毒",出水水质达到国家一级A标准。
