盾构隧道下穿高速公路路基施工技术研究

Key construction techniques for shield tunneling crossing highway roadbed

为研究隧道盾构下穿对高速公路路基的影响,以郑州市轨道交通2号线二期金达街站—刘庄站区间盾构施工为工程依托,采用三维有限元数值计算模型,分析了盾构下穿路基沉降变化,并与现场地表实测沉降数据进行对比。研究结果表明:盾构下穿路基沉降变化满足城市轨道交通监测规范要求;计算结果和监测数据基本吻合,论证了计算结果的可靠性和现场施工方案的合理性。

In order to study the in flu e n ce o f the tu n n e l sh ie ld construction in highw ay subgrade,based on in te rv a l tu n n e l between J in d a jie station and Liuzh uan g station o f Zhengzhou m etro lin e 2(phase II),a th ree-dim en sional fin ite elem ent m odel o f and analyzed the wear em bankm ent settle m e n t u n der the s h ie ld,and com paring the measured settlem ent data and fie ld surface.The results show th a t the change o f subgrade settlem ent can m eet the requirem ents o f urban r a il tra n sit m o n ito rin g.The ca lcu la tio n results and m o n ito rin g data are b a sica lly co n siste n t,and the re lia b ility o f the ca lcu la tio n results and the ra tio n a lity o f the site con structio n scheme are dem onstrated.
