十九大宣告了我国进入了中国特色社会主义的新时代。新时代下我国主要矛盾发生了变化,产生了中国特色社会主义最新的理论成果——习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,迎来了中华民族伟大复兴的新使命,踏上了中国特色社会主义新征程,这些变化对青年的核心价值观培育提出了一系列新的要求。新时代下青年核心价值观培育要坚持实践性、渗透性和示范性的原则,发挥社会教育合力,从理论教育、实践教育、文化渗透、制度保障等方面着手,旨在促进青年将社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外化于行,为促进青年全面发展,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供强大的精神力量。

The 19th National Congress announced that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the new era,the major contradictions in our country have undergone changes,resulting in the latest theoretical achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics:Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics welcomed the new mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and embarked on a new socialism with Chinese characteristics.These changes have put forward a series of new requirements on the cultivation of young people's core values.Under the new era,the core values of youth cultivation should adhere to the principles of practicability,permeation and demonstration,exert the joint force of social education,and proceed from such aspects as theoretical education,practical education,cultural infiltration and system guarantee,so as to promote young people to integrate the socialist core values.It is internalized in the heart and externalized in its conduct,providing a powerful spiritual force for promoting the all-round development of the youth and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
