教育公共治理视阈下泉州市“非遗”校园传承的管理

摘要 采用文献研究法、深度访谈法和案例分析法,借助教育公共治理理论,全面研究和考察泉州市"非遗"校园传承管理现状,发现泉州市"非遗"校园传承存在管理机构不够健全、学校过于注重升学率、文化市场运营欠佳、"非遗"社会组织薄弱、学生和家长过于注重文化课成绩等问题。借鉴日本、我国台湾的经验,提出建立政府、学校、市场、社会组织和公民个人"五位一体"的"非遗"校园传承管理新模式。 Guided by the public governance theory in education,the management of campus inheriting intangible cultural heritage in Quanzhou was fully investigated by means of literature survey,in-depth interview and case study.Such problems were found as the imperfect governing body,schools’over-emphasis on the enrolment rate,the stagnant cultural market,few NGO’s of intangible cultural heritage,students and their parents’excessive attention to academic scores.Learning from the experiences of Japan and Taiwan,we proposed that Quanzhou should create a new management scheme of campus inheriting intangible cultural heritage,which is a“five-in-one”mechanism involving the government,the school,the market,NGO’s,and citizens.
