高职院校学生社区党建工作模式研究——以黎明职业大学为例

Research on the Patterns of Student Community's Party Construction in Vocational Colleges:Taking Liming Vocational University as an Example

随着高职院校后勤服务管理不断改革和推进,其管理模式由传统的院系班级管理逐步向学生社区化管理转变。以黎明职业大学学生社区党建工作为研究对象,运用问卷调查法,并对结果进行回归分析,得出党员认识态度、学校重视程度、楼栋支部建设、社区宿舍管理水平、党建活动内容是影响高职院校学生社区党建工作水平的主要因素,并对当前高职院校学生社区党建工作存在的困难提出相关对策及建议。

With the reform and advance of logistics management in vocational colleges,their management patterns have been transformed gradually from class basis to community basis.Student community’s Party committee of Liming Vocational University being the subject,a survey has been carried out.The results show that the attitude of communists,the attention of top management,the construction of Party branches in dormitory area,the level of community accommodation management and the activities of Party construction are the main factors to influence the level of student community’s Party construction in vocational colleges.Suggestions are put forward to solve the problems existing in the student community’s Party construction in vocational colleges.
