文章分析了当前工程项目管理中存在的问题;介绍了项目管理信息化系统的含义、特点、作用;结合杭州市丁桥医院(杭州市中医院丁桥分院)项目的具体实践,阐述了项目管理信息化系统的开发过程以及应用效果;总结了系统应用的部分经验。
The article analyzes the problems in current project management,introduces the meaning,characteristics and functions of project management information system.Based on the practice of Dingqiao Hospital in Hangzhou,explains the development process and the effect of project management information system;sums up experience of the system application.
