摘要
为寻找能有效脱除环境中残留石油基润滑油的菌种,以天津大港油田被原油污染的土壤为出发菌源,通过增加环境压力的驯化方式,分离、筛选出2株对矿物基润滑油具有一定脱除能力的微生物。以此微生物为出发菌株,紫外线为诱变剂进行诱变育种,获得了降解矿物基润滑油效果显著、有效降解时间明显缩短的正突变菌种。正突变菌株对残留土壤中润滑油具有较理想的脱除效果,有一定的实际应用价值。
Two bacteria,which can remove the remaining lubricating oil,were separated from polluted soil in Tianjin Dagang Oilfield.In the experiment,the uv-induced biodegradation was getting more high-efficient via gene mutation bacteria.The reported method has an ideal removal effect on lubricating oil in the residual soil,which has certain practical application value.
