天然气压力能利用与空气分离的集成工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了有效回收天然气压力能,降低空气分离过程的能耗。利用Douglas系统分割理论获得高压天然气压力能,利用与空气分离的集成原理构建了新型氮膨胀制冷的空气分离流程,将高压天然气压差制冷取代原始流程的氮气外循环制冷。采用了Aspen Hysys软件及分析方法对新旧流程进行模拟计算,结果表明:相同工况下集成工艺可降低约58%的单位液态产品能耗,且效率由35.6%提高至52.5%。将高压天然气压力能回收用于空气分离,可有效降低空气分离产品的生产成本,提高有效能的利用率,具有良好的节能效益。 In order to effectively recover the natural gas pressure energy and reduce the energy consumption of the air separation process,a new nitrogen expansion refrigeration air separation process was conducted by adopting the Douglas system segmentation theory and constructing the principle of air separation process using natural gas pressure energy.In the new process,high-pressure natural gas expansion refrigeration replaced the original process of nitrogen outside the air cooling.The Aspen Hysys software and the energy analytical method were used to simulate the old and new processes.Results show that the air separation process using natural gas pressure energy can reduce the energy consumption per unit of liquid products by about 58%,and the efficiency increased from 35.6%to 52.5%,while the high-pressure natural gas pressure recovery used for air separation with good energy efficiency can effectively reduce the production cost of air separation products,and improve the utilization of effective energy.
