摘要
输油管线内常含有铁锈、油泥、细沙等固体杂质。在管线运行过程中,固体杂质易在管道低点处堆积,干扰油品流动、损伤设备、腐蚀管道,对管线的安全运行和油品质量产生不利影响,因此对管道低点处固体颗粒杂质运动规律的研究势在必行。在分析多相流模型的基础上,选用欧拉模型和Realizable k-ε模型建立数值模型,用CFD软件对管道低点处泥砂颗粒的运动规律进行研究。结果表明:颗粒推移速度与油流流速成正相关,与颗粒粒径成负相关;当油流流速较小时,颗粒易在弯管低点处沉积;一定范围内,管道上倾角越大,颗粒的推移速度越小。
It commonly occurs that solid impurities such as oil stain,iron rust and fine sand in the oil pipeline.The solid impurities are much more likely to deposite on lower points of the pipeline in the process of flow,which may cause the disturbance of oil flow,the damage of equipment and the corrosion of pipes.All of the above factors are not good for safe operation of the pipeline and quality of the oil products.Therefore,it is imperative to research the motion law of solid particle impurities on pipeline s lower points.Based on analysis of multi-phase flow model,Euler model and Realizable kεmodel were applied to establish a numerical model,Then the study of the motion law of sediment particles on lower points of the pipeline was carried out by using CFD software.The results showed that:the particle movement velocity was positively related to the oil velocity,and negatively related to the particle diameter.When the oil velocity was small,particles were easier to deposite on the lower points of the bend duct.Within a certain range,the particle movement velocity decreased as the tube upwards became more inclined.
