普惠金融视角下东北地区城商行经营发展策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Business and Development of Urban Commercial Banks in Northeast China from the Perspective of Inclusive Finance

党的十八届三中全会明确提出要大力发展普惠金融,这不仅标志着普惠金融在我国进入一个全新的发展阶段,也对金融工作提出了更高要求。课题组通过理论与实践相结合的方式,从探索普惠金融理论基础、促进普惠金融发展时代背景以及东北地区发展现状入手,阐述了东北地区发展普惠金融的必然性;从具体实践出发,总结了城商行发展普惠金融面临的机遇与挑战,指出了东北地区城商行发展普惠金融的路径选择。该研究成果为城商行经营工作的开展提供了有效指导和促进作用,荣获吉林省金融学会2017年度重点研究课题二等奖。

The third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has explicitly proposed that inclusive finance should be fully developed.This not only marked a new stage of development of Inclusive Finance in China,but also put forward higher requirements for financial work.With conmbination of theory and practice,the subject group states the necesity of developing inclusive finance by exploring the theoretical basis and developing background in the northeast region of Northeast China;also summarizes the opportunities and challenges facing City Commercial Bank in develoing inclusive financial,and points out that it is the inevitable choice of the City Commercial Bank of northeast city firm to develope Inclusive Finance.The research results provide effective guidance and promotion for the operation of the city commercial bank,and won the two prize of Jilin Provincial Finance Association 2017.
