通过剖析股权众筹定义、特征及模式,概括总结了股权众筹在我国发展的主要模式以及演变历程,并在此基础上归纳揭示了现存的主要风险要素。为进一步了解这些风险要素对我国股权众筹总体风险的影响程度,基于层次分析法建立股权众筹风险评价体系,将归纳的风险因素通过一系列计算赋予对应的权重,在定性的基础上将风险影响要素定量化反映在指标评价体系中。随后,根据分析结果,有针对性得提出化解风险的相关建议。

By analyzing the definition,characteristics and patterns of shareholding crowd financing,this paper summarizes the main models and evolution process of shareholding crowd financing in China,and on the basis of that,reveals the main risk factors.In order to further understand the impact of these risk factors to raise the overall risk of our country's public equity,AHP to raise public equity risk evaluation system based on the risk factors of induction through a series of calculation gives the corresponding weight,based on the qualitative risk impact factors reflected in the quantitative evaluation index system.Then,according to the results of the analysis,there are pertinent suggestions to resolve the risk.
