摘要
本文提出了用组态软件全真模拟PLC的控制对象的情况下,将组态软件用于PLC的实验教学中,能够用虚拟仿真的样机代替实物,通过显示器的组态监控界面直接检验PLC控制结果的正确与否,成为PLC实验课的有力补充。文中对所开发的PLC实验教学平台进行了介绍,并以十字路口交通指挥灯和运料小车仿真实验为例,给出了PLC虚拟仿真系统的开发过程。
In this paper,the simulation control object of PLC using configuration software in the experiment teaching is proposed.By checking the PLC control results through the interface of the monitor,it becomes a good complement to the PLC experimental class.the PLC experimental teaching platform is introduced.The development process of PLC virtual simulation system is given by taking the examples of the simulation experiment of the traffic light and the van.
