石墨烯-PET复合纤维的制备及其对水中结晶紫的吸附 被引量:5

摘要 为解决印染废水的环境污染问题,以涤纶(PET)纤维为基体,还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)作为功能涂层,采用浸渍-还原法制备rGO-PET纤维,研究复合纤维对水中结晶紫的吸附情况.实验结果表明,当温度为30℃,pH值为6,吸附剂用量为200mg及吸附时间为60min时,对溶液中结晶紫的吸附量最高;复合纤维对结晶紫的吸附行为符合准二级动力学吸附模型,且最大理论吸附量为30.528mg/g.吸附结束后,取出复合纤维进行解吸附再生,可实现吸附剂的循环使用. To solve the problem of environmental pollution of printing and dyeing wastewater,rGO-PET fibers which were made of polyester(PET)fiber as matrix and reduced graphene oxide(rGO)as functional coating were prepared by dipping-reduction method.The composite fiber was used as a kind of renewable adsorbent to study its adsorption of crystal violet.Results show that the amount of adsorption of crystal violet reaches highest value under the conditions of 30℃,the pH 6,the composite dosage of 200 mg,and the adsorption time of 60 min.The adsorption behavior of the composite fibers on the crystal violet was in accordance with the pseudo-second order kinetic model,and the maximum theoretical adsorption was 30.528 mg/g.After the adsorption,remove the composite fiber for desorption regeneration which can achieve the recycling of adsorbents.
