主体认知、理性自觉与农民对新农保满意度关系研究——基于湖北省3个村庄调查数据的Logistic回归分析

Study on the Relationship Between the Subjective Cognition,Rational Consciousness and Farmers' Satisfaction to the New Agricultural Insurance:Logistic Regression Analysis Based on Survey Data of 3 Villages in Hubei Province

农民对新农保满意与否关系到新农保的运行效果,决定着新农保的可持续性发展。本文基于湖北省荆门市、咸宁市、恩施州的三个样本村的调查数据,建立二项Logistic回归模型,从农民主体认知与理性自觉两个方面对新农保的满意度及其影响因素进行了分析。回归结果显示,在控制个体农民基本人口学特征的情况下,在主体认知因素中,农民对新农保的制度认知与新农保满意度具有正向影响,权利认知与责任认知对农民满意度未呈显著性影响;在理性自觉因素中,农民的个体理性自觉程度对农民满意度呈显著正向影响,公共理性自觉对农民满意度未呈显著性影响。农民主体认知与理性自觉程度的提高能够显著提升农民满意度。

The farmers satisfaction with the new agricultural insurance is related to the operation effect of the new agricultural insurance,which determines the sustainable development of the new agricultural insurance.Based on the survey data of three sample villages in Jingmen,Xianning and Enshi of Hubei Province,two Logistic regression models were established to analyze the satisfaction degree of new rural social endowment insurance and its influencing factors from two aspects:subject cognition and rational consciousness.The regression results show that under the control of the basic demographic characteristics of individual farmers under the condition in the main factors of cognition,the farmer has a positive impact on the cognitive system of the new agricultural insurance and agricultural insurance satisfaction,rights awareness and responsibility cognition on farmers’satisfaction was significant;the rational factors in the individual consciousness,rational consciousness of farmers the degree is a significant positive impact on farmers’satisfaction,public rational consciousness of farmers satisfaction has no significant influence.The farmers’subjective cognition and the improvement of rational consciousness can significantly improve the satisfaction of farmers.
