水平井井下浮子流量计的研制与试验 被引量:2

摘要 低渗透油田水平井产液量低,目前使用的水平井产液剖面测井仪器的流量测量下限偏高,造成低渗透油藏水平井测量结果偏差较大,影响了测井资料的准确性,为此设计了水平井井下浮子流量计,该流量计克服了涡轮流量计不适应低液量水平井的不足,确保了分段流量测试结果的准确性。水平井井下浮子流量计室内实验及现场应用均取得了良好效果,流量测试结果不受含水率和井斜角的影响,启动排量仅为0.5 m^3/d,流量测量误差在4%以内,解决了现有的涡轮流量计在流量低时测量结果不准确、甚至涡轮不启动的问题。 The liquid production of horizontal wells in low permeability oilfields is low,and the flow measurement lower limit of the current-used horizontal well liqiud production profile logging instrument is high,thus the measurement result of horizontal wells in low permeability reservoirs has large deviation,which affects the accuracy of logging data.Then the downhole horizontal float flowmeter is designed.The problem that the turbine flowmeter is not suitable for low liquid level horizontal wells is overcome by the flowmeter,and the accuracy of the segmented flow test results is ensured.The downhole float flowmeter for horizontal wells acquires good effect in both laboratory tests and field application.The flow test results are not affected by the water content and the hole drift angle,and the start displacement is only 0.5 m3/d.The flow measurement error is less than 4%,solving the problems that the measurement result of the turbine flowmeter is not accurate,even does not start when the flow is low.
