摘要
大庆油田水驱非气浮污水处理站液体絮凝剂的加药浓度一般为30~40 mg/L,对于处理量为10 000 m^3/d的污水站每天至少需要人工加药12桶。为了减轻工人劳动强度,提高加药效果和自动化水平,在大庆外围2座处理污水量超过10 000 m^3/d的污水站应用了絮凝剂自动加药工艺,采用干粉絮凝剂替代液体絮凝剂、自动设定加药替代人工估量加药的技术,实施后在相同水质达标效果下,每立方米污水药剂成本降低22%,2座联合站年节省药剂费用6.41万元。
The dosing concentration of the liquid flocculant is usually 30 to 40 mg/L in water flooding non air flotation sewage treatment stations of Daqing Oilfield.For sewage stations with processing capacity of 10 000 m3/d,at least 12 barrels are needed to be fed artificially per day.In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the dosing effect and automatic level,the flocculant automatic dosing process is applied in 2 sewage treatment stations with processing capacity of more than 10 000 m3/d in the periphery of Daqing Oilfield.Meanwhile,the dry powder flocculant is used instead of the liquid flocculant,and the automatic dosing technology is used instead of manual estimation dosing.After im-plementing above measures,on the basis of the same water quality standard,the cost of sewage dosing is reduced by 22%per cubic meter,and the annual cost of 2 multi-purpose stations is saved by 64.1 thousand yuan.
