摘要
成品油管道发生泵站甩泵等事故工况后通常执行水击超前保护方案,该保护方案对管道的安全性有着决定性作用。研究人员基于仿真软件SPS,对某成品油管道设计阶段制定的首站甩泵和中间站甩泵的水击超前保护方案进行了瞬态模拟,经分析该设计方案存在负压汽化等问题,需要进行首站甩泵全线停输和中间站甩泵降量输送的优化。在中间站甩泵降量输送中,基于可靠性和经济性原则制定了相应的优化控制逻辑,并根据仿真结果对安全性和经济性进行了详细的比较说明。通过SPS仿真验证表明,该水击超前保护优化方案过渡过程安全平稳,控制逻辑合理可靠,对管道安全运行具有指导意义。
For petroleum product pipelines,water hammer advanced protection is usually implemented in the case of unplanned shutdown of pump stations,which has a decisive influence on the safety of pipeline.The transient condition of the water hammer advanced protection scheme made for shutdown of the first station and intermediate pump station and in the design stage of some petroleum product pipeline is simulated by researchers based on SPS.Through analysis it is found that the water hammer advanced protection design scheme has problems like negative pressure vaporization.The water hammer advanced protection scheme is needed to be optimized,namely the whole line will stop transporting in case of shutdown of the first pump station,and the throughout will decrease in case of shutdown of the intermediate pump.When the throughout decreases in case of shutdown of the intermediate pump,the corresponding optimization and control logic are developed based on principles of reliability and economy,and then the safety and economy are compared and explained in detail according to simulation results.Through the simulated verification of SPS,it is proved that the transition process of the water hammer advanced protection scheme is safe and stable,and the control logic is reasonable and reliable,having guiding significance for safe operation of pipelines.
