摘要
为减少管输能耗,充分利用上游来油余压实现长输油管道密闭输送功能,对轮-库-鄯原油管道实施密闭输送及自动化改造工程,实现库尔勒泵站密闭输送工艺。轮-库-鄯原油管道的自动控制采用以计算机为核心的数据采集和监控系统(SCADA),该系统在乌鲁木齐调度控制中心可对全线进行监控、调度和管理。经计算,当输量为400×10~4t/a时,采用密闭输送方式每年可节约用电131×10~4kWh。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the pipeline,the upstream oil pressure is made full use of to achieve the custody transportation function of long-distance transportation pipelines,and the custody transportation and automation modification project of Lun-Ku-Shan Crude Oil Pipeline is implemented,achieving the custody transportation process of Korla Pumping Station.The automatic control of Lun-Ku-Shan Crude Oil Pipeline uses the supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)system with the computer as its core.The system can realize the monitoring,scheduling and management of the whole pipeline in the scheduling and control center in Urumqi.Through calculation,when the throughput is 400×104 t/a,the custody transportation method can save 131×104 kWh of electricity per year.
