高寒油田智能运维模式及管理平台的设计与实践 被引量:2

摘要 为推进油田生产的智能化发展与建设,迫切需要打造一个高效的生产组织运维管理平台以确保信息系统平稳长期的运行。面对当前组织运维存在的信息无法共享、被动式抢险、经验式维修,以及粗放式运维、运维不到位等问题,华北油田通信公司以日常运行维护管理流程为核心,以事件跟踪为主线,以解决组织运维管理中的维护作业计划管理、流程管理、工单管理、数据管理、物资管理、运行管理、知识管理、综合分析管理等问题为目的,通过应用GIS云切片、Java虚拟机、数据库技术、高速云服务等技术,构建了油田生产"五维运维",即主动运维、精准运维、掌上运维、智能运维、标准运维,充分实现了标准化、科学化、高效化、透明化的四化目标,在二连油田实现了科研成果转化和推广应用,可有效延长油气生产信息系统的使用寿命。 In order to advance the intelligent development and construction of oilfield production,a highly-efficient operation and maintenance platform of production and organization is urgently needed to be established to ensure the long-term stable operation of information system.In the face of the existing problems in organizing operation and maintenance such as information cannot be shared,the repair is passive and relies on experiences,the operation and maintenance is extensive and not in place,Huabei Oilfield Communication Company takes the daily operation and maintenance management process as the core,takes the event tracking as the main line,and takes the problem solving of maintenance work plan management,process management,work order management,data management,materials management,operation management,knowledge management,and comprehensive analysis management in organizing operation and maintenance as the purpose.Through the application of technologies such as GIS cloud slicing,Java virtual machine,database technology and high-speed cloud service,the"five-dimensional operation and maintenance"for oilfield production is established,namely active operation and maintenance,precise operation and maintenance,palm operation and maintenance,intelligent operation and maintenance,and standard operation and maintenance,which fully realizes of the four goals of standardization,scientification,efficiency and transparency.In Erlian Oifield,the transformation and promotion of scientific research achievements are realized,which can effectively prolong the service life of the oil and gas production information system.
