核电站端面风机电机低速绝缘故障分析处理

摘要 重水堆核电站反应堆端面共8台双速风机电机(9#~16#),其中12#风机电机在低速连续运行80天后,因低速绝缘故障导致风机电机保护动作跳闸。后续运行人员采取决策,通过将12#风机电机切换至高速运行以满足反应堆端面冷却和散热,由于反应堆端面为机组正常运行人员不可达区域,在后续机组停堆小修过程中,工作人员对12#风机电机的绝缘故障进行了全面分析并采取了相应的处理措施,防止后续发生类似情况。 There are 8 double speed fan motors(9#~16#)at the reactor end of heavy water reactor.In which 12#fan motor operates continuously at low speed for 80 days,the motor trip is caused by low speed insulation fault.Follow the operating personnel to take the decision,the 12#fan motor switch to high-speed operation to meet the end of the reactor cooling and heat dissipation,the reactor end unit normal operation personnel not reachable,in the subsequent unit shutdown repair process on the staff o f the 12#fan motor conducted a comprehensive analysis o f insulation fault and take measures accordingly,in order to prevent future recurrence of sim ilar situations.
