反相悬浮聚合制备阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 被引量:1

Synthesis of cationic polyacrylamide by inverse phase suspension polymerization

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为单体,以过硫酸铵[(NH_4)_2S_2O_8]/亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO_3)/偶氮二异丁咪唑啉盐酸盐(VA-044)为复合引发剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法制备阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)。系统研究了引发剂的用量、分散剂的种类和用量、搅拌速度以及m(油):m(水)对CPAM的黏均分子质量和单体转化率的影响。得出较佳反应条件为引发剂w(VA-044)=40×10^(-6)、w[(NH_4)_2S_2O_8/(NaHSO_3)]=60×10^(-6),分散剂为Span60/Span80[m(Span60):m(Span80)=1:1],m(Span60/Span80):m(环己烷)=3∶97,m(油):m(水)=1.5:1,转速300r/min,制备出黏均分子质量为1 050×10~4 g/mol、单体转化率97.5%的CPAM。FTIR、~1H NMR、热重分析表征所合成的聚合物为CPAM,并具有良好的热稳定性、较佳的助留助滤效果。 A cationic polyacrylamide with high molecular weight was synthesized by inverse phase suspension polymerization using acrylamide and acryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride as monomers in the presence of(NH 4)2S 2O 8/NaHSO 3/VA-044 as complex initiators.The effects of initiator concentration,dispersants and their concentrations,stirring speed and ratio of organic solvent to water on the molecular weight of CPAM and conversion of monomers were systematically investigated.The optimized polymerization conditions were as follows:w(VA-044)and w[(NH 4)2S 2O 8/NaHSO 3]was 40×10-6 and 60×10-6,respectively,dispersant Span60/Span80[m(Span60)∶m(Span80)=1∶1]was m(Span60/Span80)∶m(cyclohexane)=3∶97,and m(oil)∶m(water)=1.5∶1,the stirring speed was 300 r/min.The cationic polyacrylamide with molecular weight of 1 050×10 4 g/mol was prepared and monomer conversion reached 97.5%under the optimized reaction conditions.FTIR,1H NMR and TG were used to characterize the synthesized polymer as CPAM,which showed good thermal stability and retention effect.
