摘要
纳米铁氧体作为重要的磁性材料和吸波材料,在高密度记录器、信息存储、吸波材料等领域成为不可缺少的组成部分。简述了影响纳米铁氧体电磁性能的主要因素,主要综述了合成方法、工艺参数、化学成分三要素与纳米铁氧体性能之间的关系,并在此基础上提出了纳米铁氧体材料未来发展的方向。
As important magnetic materials and absorbing materials,nanoferrites become a good candidates in high density recorder,data storage,wave absorbers.The main factors which affect the electromagnetic properties of nanoscale ferrite were briefly described.The relationship between the three factors of synthesis method,process parameters,chemical composition and the properties of ferrite was emphatically described.On this basis,the future development direction of ferrite materials was put forward.
