摘要
环介导等温扩增技术(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)是近年来新出现的一种核酸扩增技术,具有敏感性高、特异性好、视觉直观检测、对仪器要求低、价格便宜等优点。目前,已被广泛应用于多种病原微生物的检测。本文综述了LAMP技术在9种鸭病原微生物检测中的应用,以供鸭病原微生物的快速检测借鉴。
Loop mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)is a powerful innovative gene amplification technique emerging as a simple rapid diagnostic tool for early detection and identification of microbial diseases,which has high sensitivity,good specificity,visual detection,low requirement on equipment,cheaper price.In this paper,LAMP was summarized in detection of 9 duck pathogenic microorganism.
