摘要
通过分析1 000 MW超超临界二次再热机组一次调频的性能状况,从机炉特性、控制策略和运行方式阐述影响二次再热机组一次调频响应的主要因素,计算评估1 000 MW超超临界二次再热机组采用主蒸汽调节阀节流的调频方式对机组煤耗指标的影响,在分析主蒸汽调节阀节流调频、凝结水调频和给水调频可行性的基础上,探讨提升1 000 MW超超临界二次再热机组一次调频能力的方法,为今后超超临界二次再热机组设计运行提供参考。
In this paper,through the analysis on the primary frequency regulation performance of 1 000-MW double-reheat ultrasupercritical units,the major factors affecting the primary frequency response of double-reheat units are expounded from the aspects of furnace characteristics,control strategies and operation modes.Moreover,the impact of frequency modulation on the unit coal consumption rate using main steam regulating valve throttling is evaluated for a 1 000-MW ultra-supercritical double-reheat unit.Based on the feasibility analysis of throttling frequency modulation,condensate frequency modulation and feed water frequency modulation,the method to improve the primary frequency regulation capability of 1 000-MW ultra-supercritical double-reheat units is discussed in order to provide reference for the design and operation of the double-reheat units in the future.
