There are certain principles and cultural traits that should bear in mind while translating English names.Compared with of Chinese and English material,this paper uses examples to illustrate the cultural characteristics so that improving the translation ability.At times,it can do the research on the application of name translation.This paper aims to enhance the translation ability to better translate names.
