摘要
地方教育公平程度受制于地方的经济、政治、文化多元因素的影响,地方政府是推进地方教育公平的主导力量。吉林省教育公平虽然满意度不低,但存在着财政投入不足、城乡差距拉大、师资结构不合理、教师待遇不高等现实困境。地方政府应当担负起应有的教育责任,积极应对以弥补教育不公平导致的诸多现实问题。
The degree of local education fairness is limited by the local economic,political and cultural factors.Local government is the main force to promote local education equity.Although the satisfaction of education equity in Jilin is not low,there are difficulties in financial investment,the widening gap between urban and rural areas,the unreasonable structure of teachers,and the low treatment of teachers.The local government should take on the due responsibility of education and actively respond to many practical problems caused by the unfairness of education.
