摘要
以核心素养为导向的新一轮基础教育改革不仅给中学历史教师带来新的挑战,也给地方高师院校历史师范生培养提出了新的课题。当前,不少高师院校历史院系不同程度地存在着诸如培养目标略有偏差、与中学课改脱节、教学技能训练不足、专业素养及教研能力培养重视不够等问题。核心素养导向下,高师院校历史专业需要积极调整培养目标,对接基础教育改革,加强教学技能训练,提高师范生专业素养和教研能力。只有多管齐下、协调推进、综合实施,才能提高历史师范生的培养质量,更好地发挥高师院校服务基础教育的固有功能。
The new round of basic education reform,which is guided by the core quality,not only brings new challenges to the history teachers of middle school,but also puts forward a new topic for the training of normal students majoring in history in the local normal universities.At present,many normal colleges and universities have some problems,such as slight deviation of training target,disconnection from middle school curriculum reform,lack of teaching skills training,insufficient professional accomplishment and attention to training research ability.Under the orientation of core quality,the history major of normal university needs to adjust the training target actively,connect with basic education reform,strengthen teaching skill training,improve the professional quality and research ability of normal college students.Only by multi-pronged,coordinated promotion and comprehensive implementation can we improve the training quality of the normal students majoring in history and give full play to the inherent function of basic education in normal universities.
