试论园艺专业大学生的能力培养

On the Ability Training of Horticultural Major Students

当今知识经济时代,大学生能力培养已成为全社会广泛关注的热点之一。园艺专业是实践性很强的农科类专业之一,如何加强园艺专业大学生能力培养,使产业对人才的需求与大学人才培养紧密衔接起来,是摆在园艺专业大学教育者面前的重要课题。从能力要素出发,根据园艺专业大学生的能力结构,建议从自主学习与信息处理能力培养、创新能力培养、处理人际关系能力培养、就业与创业能力培养和专业实践能力培养等方面加强园艺专业大学生的能力培养。

Nowadays,in the era of knowledge-based economy,the ability training of college students has become one of the focuses of the whole society.Horticultural major is one of the most practical agricultural science majors,how to strengthen the ability training of horticultural major students,so as to connect the industrial demand of talents with the talents cultivation in universities closely,is an important task for the horticulture educators.Based on the factors of ability,this paper analyzes the ability structure of students majoring in horticulture,and suggests to strengthen the ability of students majoring in horticulture from the aspects of the cultivation of independent learning and information processing ability,the cultivation of creative ability,the cultivation of interpersonal ability,the cultivation of job-seeking and entrepreneurial ability,the training of professional practical ability and so on.
