摘要
为了解转移因子(TF)对SPF鸡巨噬细胞吞噬指数的影响,采用饮用(第1组)和肌肉注射(第2组)两种途径接种SPF鸡,TF使用剂量均为0.02 mL/羽,同时设立空白对照组(第3组),分别于接种TF后第7 d和第21 d检测巨噬细胞吞噬指数。结果显示,第1组和第2组巨噬细胞吞噬指数差异不明显,且比第3组提高了2.78~4.08。结果表明,饮用或肌肉注射TF均可提高鸡巨噬细胞吞噬指数。
In order to understand the transfer factor(TF)effects on the phagocytic index of SPF chicken macrophage,this experiment used drinking(group 1)and intramuscular injection(group 1)two ways of inoculation of SPF chicken,the dose of TF was 0.02 mL/and feather,a blank control group(Group 3),the phagocytic index in 7 d and 21 d post inoculation with TF respectively to detect macrophage phagocytosis index.The results showed that the macrophage phagocytosis index of group 1 and group 2 was not significantly different,and increased 2.78~4.08 compared with the third groups.The results showed that the phagocytosis index of chicken macrophages could be improved by drinking or intramuscular injection of TF.
