血清反复冻融对猪蓝耳病抗体效价的影响

The effect of serum repeated freeze-thaw on antibody titer of PRRS

在基层兽医试验中,由于各种原因,主要是时间及条件的限制,往往会遇到血清需要反复冻融的情况。本文基于基层兽医试验的需要,研究血清反复冻融对猪蓝耳病抗体效价的影响。试验发现:经过0~6次反复冻融的血清的抗体效价并无显著差异。在-20℃冷冻保存的情况下,即使存放时间达到3个月,血清的抗体效价仍能保持较高水平。

In the practice of the grass-roots veterinary,often,the serum needs to be repeatedly frozen for some reasons.We research the effect of serum repeated freeze-thaw on antibody titer of PRRS is based on need to grassroots veterinarian.The data shown that there was no significant difference in the antibody titer of serum after 0~6 cycles of freeze-thaw.In the case of cryopreservation at-20℃,even if the storage time is 3 months,serum antibody titer still can maintain a higher level.
