摘要
利用Catia对某矿用电机进行三维建模,导入到Abaqus软件中进行振动有限元分析。应用Abaqus/CAE对模型优化、附加材料属性、划分网格等前处理工作,经过Abaqus分析模块的自动分析计算,得出电机在自由状态和约束状态下的第一个主要振动频率分别为1 246 Hz和1292 Hz,应用Abaqus/CAE进行后处理,得到2种状态下的振型。
Using Catia to build 3D modeling of the mine motor,the vibration finite element analysis was carried out in Abaqus software.Using Abaqus/CAE to do the pretreatment process such as model optimization additional material properties,mesh gemeration and so on,After the analysis module of Abaqus automatic analysis and calculation,the article concludes that the first main vibration frequency of motor is 1 246 Hz and 1 292 Hz under the free and constraint condition.Using Abaqus/CAE reprocessing,we can get two states of the vibration forms.
