通过对现有生产维修方式及备件管理方面的研究,总结现有模式下的缺陷与不足,根据设备材料类别、使用频次、可替代性等综合情况,设计一种适应当前经济条件下的生产维修模式,从而实现降本增效、优化管理的目的。

By researching the existing production maintenance mode and spare parts management,the article summarizes the defects of the existing mode.According to the device type,frequency of use,the consolidation of substitutability,the company designs the production maintenance mode which adapts to the current economic conditions,in order to reduce cost and increase efficiency and optimize management.
