摘要
针对金属板复合材料单面补强的结构特点,从弹性力学基本方程出发,利用状态空间法建立了单面补强结构的力学分析模型,同时利用有限元方法对结构进行了分析。通过对结构挠度、胶层剪切应力及剥离应力计算结果的对比表明,解析解与有限元解吻合较好,解析模型合理。最后利用所建立的状态解析模型研究了补强结构中复合材料补片层间剪切应力及各分层面内应力的分布规律,并简要分析了补片的失效机制。
A new analytical model involving geometric nonlinearity and boundary conditions is developed to analyze the stress and strain distribution of metallic plates reinforced with one-side composite patches using state space method(SSM).Meanwhile,in order to validate the analytical method,the finite element model is established.The results show that the analytical solutions correlate very well with the finite element method(FEM).Finally,by using the analytical model,the interlaminar stress and in-plane stress distributions through the thickness of the patch are calculated,and the failure type of the composite patch is analyzed briefly.
