摘要
分别以甲醇和环己烷作为热溶溶剂,在不同温度下对印尼褐煤进行热溶解聚,并利用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对热溶产物进行对比分析,研究热溶产物成分随热溶温度的变化规律,探讨热溶产物在不同溶剂下的生成机制。实验结果表明:环己烷热溶产物主要以烃类化合物为主,而甲醇热溶产物则存在大量的酯类和酚类化合物。印尼褐煤中的碳烷酸酯与甲醇发生酯交换反应或甲基化反应生成碳烷酸甲酯化合物。芳醚键在高温下的断裂导致甲醇热溶物中酚类的增多。
In this study,the thermal dissolutions(TD)of Indonesian lignite were carried out at different temperatures in different solvents(i.e.methanol and cyclohexane).Solution products from TD were further analyzed by a gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer(GC/MS)to investigate the changes in compositions of the products with thermal temperature and discuss the formation mechanism of the products in different solvent.The experimental results show that the soluble portion in cyclohexane mainly includes hydrocarbon compounds,while the one in methanol contains a lot of esters and phenols.Both the exchange reactions between alkyl esters and methanol and the methylation reactions result in the formation of methyl caranoate.The cleavage of Ar-CH 2-O-Ar in lignite at higher temperature leads to the increase of phenols in solution products.
