"立德树人"是高校思想政治工作的价值旨归与目标任务。但当前高校评价体系有待完善;高校教师队伍建设需要提升;高校德育方式亟需调整;高校德育环境亟待优化以及高校工作机制需要整合,这些因素导致高校"立德树人"工作面临发展瓶颈。针对此类困境,就需通过完善高校评价体系;强化高校教师队伍建设;深化高校德育方式改革;优化高校德育生态环境以及促进高校工作机制整合等多元创新引擎契机促进高校思想政治工作的突破与超越。

Enhancing morality and fostering talents is the fundamental value and target task of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.However,the current evaluation system needs improving,the construction of university teachers needs promoting,the ways of moral education need adjusting urgently,the moral education environment is in great need of optimization and the working mechanism needs to be integrated.All these have led to the development bottlenecks of enhancing morality and fostering talents work in colleges and universities.In view of such difficulties,it is necessary to introduce multi measures to obtain the break-through and transcendence by improving the evaluation system,strengthening the construction of teachers,deepening the reform of moral education,optimizing the moral education environment and promoting the integration of working mechanisms in colleges and universities.
