校园“裸贷”现象分析及其规制路径

近年来,出现在高校大学生群体中的"裸贷"现象呈现出愈演愈烈之势。"裸贷"不仅严重侵害大学生的财产权益和人身权益,同时,对法治校园以及和谐校园建设带来了严峻的挑战。采取行之有效的措施,例如,从净化网络金融借贷平台、加强校园法治教育、完善维权救济途径以及拓宽学生助学渠道等方面着手,坚持"预防为主,防治结合"的方针,刹住"裸贷"不正之风,铲除"裸贷"生存空间,维护正常的校园秩序,切实保障大学生的合法权益。

Recently,naked loan phenomenon arisen among college students has presented a growing trend.The naked loan not only seriously infringes on the property rights and interests of college students,but also brings serious challenges to the legal and harmonious campus constructions.Adhering to the principle of Prevention First and Combination of Prevention and Control,some effective measures should be taken such as purifying the internet financial lending platform,increasing law education on campus,improving rights relief ways,and broadening students'support channels to stop unwholesome tendencies and wipe out the living space of naked loan in order to maintain the normal campus order and practically guarantee students’legal interests.
