Analysis and Treatment of the Sand Hole Fault in Oxygen Liquefier Pipes of Oxygen-nitrogen Liquefying Unit

针对氧氮液化设备氧液化器基础温度异常下降现象,检查原因,发现冷箱内液氧管道弯头有砂眼,对管道弯头产生砂眼的原因进行了分析与判断,并提出了防范措施。

To solve the problem of abnormal fall of the basic temperature in the oxygen liquefier pipes of oxygen-nitrogen liquefying unit,we checked the reasons and found sand holes in the liquefied oxygen pipe elbow in the cold tank,analyzed and judged the causes of the holes and put forward countermeasures.
